TALES FROM THE TOUR BUS

QUICK EVENT BRIEF:
To bring awareness to Mike Judge’s new animation series, Tales from the Tour Bus, HBO/Cinemax wanted to create a mobile photo booth to take between Austin and Nashville. Consumers and passersby were welcomed to step into the bus and experience the world of a country star in cartoon form and take away a unique photo to share on their social channels.
OUR ROLE:
x Sourced and purchased a vintage trailer
x Hired and managed driver to take the bus from Austin to Nashville and back
x Wrapped the interior with the proper canvas that adheres to spray paint and acrylic paint
x Hired and managed an artist collected (SpraTX) in Austin to paint the interior and create the animated look
x Sourced high-foot traffic area in Austin and facilitated city street permits for activation
x Communicated with Nashville's Country Music Hall of Fame for curb-side activation right out front
x Booked models/brand ambassadors in each market to run photo booth and welcome guests
x Sourced and managed tech vendor to create custom photo booth (branded overlay, share with consumers, etc.)
x Dressed space with misc. approved decor per client direction
x Created and managed activation budget
